How to work with the essences?
4 drops/ 4 x a day is recommended. Flower essences are more potent with frequent usage rather than large dosage.
If you’re concerned about the (small) alcohol content, use the essences topically by massaging a drop into your pulse point on your wrists, or add the drops to a cup of boiling water, which will evaporate the alchohol.
Each bottle is 30 ml.
