Ingredients: Wild Oat Essence* (find your path), Larch Essence* (confident), Alfalfa Essence* (abundance), Yellow Lady slipper (living your purpose), Goldenrod Essence (stand true), White Yarrow Essence (protection + vitality).

essences contain brandy and vodka as a preservative
4 drops/ 4 x a day is recommended. Flower essences are more potent with frequent usage rather than large dosage.
If you’re concerned about the (small) alcohol content, use the essences topically by massaging a drop into your pulse point on your wrists, or add the drops to a cup of boiling water, which will evaporate the alchohol.
