Ever wanted to crochet a hat you’ll actually wear?
Keep cozy with this beginner-friendly crochet hat workshop! In this hands-on class held at the Manitoba Fibre Fest, you’ll learn how a few simple stitches—slip stitch, single crochet, and chains—can come together to create a polished, professional-looking wool hat that naturally tapers at the crown.

The hat is built from one repeatable section worked six times, making it quick to learn and complete on your own. We’ll crochet the first section together, and your instructor, Callen, will guide you step-by-step so you feel confident completing the rest of the hat at home.

While this class is beginner-friendly, we recommend practicing single crochet stitches before attending so you can jump right in and enjoy the process.
